I somehow knew those two patterns will not work out together, so I had to alter my idea. It's okay, I will still use those laces and cables, but in a different project. In the end I decided on slightly narrower cables and a simple seed stitch in between. I already love what I've got so far, I think it works well together :)
I really couldn't come up with the name of this project, but because it's my very first design from the beginning till the end, I've decided simply on "Number One".
